I’m so stoked that your curiosity has brought you here… 
My curiosity has taken me to many corners of this industry, from hair shows, to makeup counters, to film sets. After enrolling at the Aveda Institute 9 years ago, I knew right away that this would never feel like work. For the past 8 years, I’ve trained at a salon that has always sought to be inclusive and innovative. Here, I did advanced training with color specialists, dreadlock artists, and extension experts. I believe I see hair and all its potential differently, because of the diversity of skills I’ve honed, creatively solving problems for a multitude of hair concerns. Textural cuts, eye-catching colors, and unique dread styles are my focus. I’m also trained in an extension method that’s less damaging compared to many other methods that exist today. 

Something that continues to fascinate me after 9 years in this industry is how we create identity, in both internal and external ways. Small (or major) changes in our appearance helps us express our truest selves, which can be a grounding, empowering experience. It is a privilege to assist in designing a look that is customized to suit you and to give you an experience that leaves you feeling renewed and more grounded in yourself. 

If I’m not behind the chair, I’m likely:
Wrangling my dog Obi, 
Cooking up something tasty,
Planning the next venture to a faraway land.
